1 A £250 deposit (Fri/Sat/Sun parties) or £150 deposit (Mon-Thurs parties) is required at time of booking plus a non-refundable payment required at time of booking plus a non-refundable payment of £60 to cover door security. The deposit will be refunded the day after the event subject to conditions 7 & 8.
2 The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.
3 No admission or re-admission after 11pm
4 Strictly over 18's only - photo identification will be required on the door.
5 ALL Drugs are strictly prohibited.
6 The event MUST finish promptly at the time previously agreed with the Management.
7 All breakages must be paid for in full by the party organiser and will be deducted from the deposit where necessary.
8 A minimum attendance of 60 people is required Friday and Saturday, 40 on other days. The deposit will be forfeited and retained should attendance fall below this. Final count will be at 10.30pm.
9 All guests are required to sign in on arrival.
10 Any music/sound system must be played at a sound level approved by the Management. Failure to do so will result in the music being terminated.
11 Premium deposits/charges may be applied to Friday/Saturday events.
12 All deposits are non-refundable should a party be cancelled.
